P/N - SZ4060. There is a lot of dust inside the microscope and potentially other optical issues. There are two holes in the plastic on bottom as photos shows. The image still looked decent, but it is noticeable.

The zoom works fine. No optics, no stand and nothing other than what is shown in the pictures. The photo port switch regularly jams on either side and it is very difficult to un jam. You cannot move it either in or out depending on which side jams.
